Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Processing time includes order verification, quality checks, and packaging. Please note that processing times may be longer during peak seasons or promotional periods.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery estimates are provided below:

- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the policies of the carrier. Casual Play Shirts is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
We currently ship to addresses within the United States and Canada. We are working to expand our shipping locations in the future. Please check back for updates.
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Casual Play Shirts is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Casual Play Shirts is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
It is the responsibility of the customer to provide an accurate and complete shipping address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the package.
If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Casual Play Shirts is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, but we will assist you in any way we can to resolve the issue.
